Announcement
of the Publication of PR Magazine
"Nissui GLOBAL" No. 49
Nippon Suisan Kaisha, Ltd. (Naoya Kakizoe, President & CEO) has published
its PR magazine "Nissui GLOBAL" No. 49.
The leading article entitled "Nissui Frontier" introduces Kurose Suisan
Co., Ltd. (located in the city of Kushima in the prefecture of Miyazaki),
which is a Nissui group company that started its business this April.
The article describes the company's approach to its comprehensive fish
farming operation in Japan, which centers on the farming and processing
of yellowtail, as well as its "Gin Gin Kurose Buri."
In the article entitled "Science of Tastiness," topics about diet and
health are presented from various viewpoints against the backdrop of heightened
interest in health in the longevity-blessed Japan. Instead of adopting
negative perspectives, such as "aging = declining bodily functions," this
issue takes a positive approach and discusses how we "increase the quantity
of our lives" by taking a look at such issues as how we may incorporate
wholesome diet into the sunset years of our lives.
In addition, "Market & Technical Research" introduces various researches
that are conducted to create and propose new values while close attention
is being paid to the safety of foods and confidence in them. Efficacy
of some animal-based and plant-based foods that is not widely known is
also discussed.
