Revision of Structure and Change in Officers' Duties

Please be informed that Nippon Suisan Kaisha, Ltd. (Naoya Kakizoe, President & CEO) will revise its structure and change its officers' duties as follows.

I. Revision of Structure (Effective March 1)
(1) Business Supervising Division
Amend the name of the "Global Logistics Center" to the "Logistics Center" and consolidate the infrastructure distribution function.

(2) Business Promotion Department
Merge and expand the Marine Products Supply Chain Officer and Foods Supply Chain Officer functions by establishing a new Supply Chain Office (department) in order to enhance supply chain management.

II. Change in Officers' Duties (Effective March 1)
