Nippon Suisan Kaisha, Ltd. (Naoya Kakizoe, President & CEO) has published
its PR magazine "Nissui GLOBAL" No. 50.
The front-page news section, "Nissui Frontier," introduces the contributions
to the Nissui Group of Gorton's Inc. (Web-site; http://www.gortons.com/)
and its activities in North America since October 2001.
"Science of Tastiness" deals with the topic of cultural and religious
differences in ethnic cuisine from various points of view. Moreover,
