of the Publication of PR Magazine "Nissui GLOBAL" No. 52
Nippon Suisan Kaisha, Ltd. (Naoya Kakizoe, President & CEO)
has published edition No.52 of its PR magazine "Nissui GLOBAL."
The front-page article, "Nissui Frontier," introduces
the integrated poultry processing operations with Beijing Jiayi Food
Factory, which became China's largest poultry processing plant targeted
at the Japanese market after installing new lines in November 2005. The "Science
of Tastiness" section explains the background to obesity, which has increased
rapidly over the past 20 years, its impact on health, and efforts made
by the food industry. Moreover, the "Market and Technical Research" section
reviews the government initiatives on ubiquitous networks, which enable
information technology (IT) to be utilized in all aspects of life, and
projections of market value and changes in food logistics brought about
by ubiquitous networks with reference to examples.
