The theme of this year's report is "Enhancement of Value Chain Resilience," as set forth in the Medium-Term Management Plan "GOOD FOODS Recipe2" launched in FY2025. Using material issues as the starting point and the Nissui Group's value chain as its strength, the report explains, together with specific initiatives, how the Group will enhance the four areas for strengthening capabilities that constitute "Enhancement of Value Chain Resilience": value creation capability, sustainability, risk response capabilities, and human capital.
"GOOD FOODS Recipe2" is structured around three basic strategies as its core framework for strengthening these four areas: Strengthening business portfolio, deepening sustainability management, and strengthening governance. Including an outline of the policies for responding to risks and opportunities and the process for identifying priority risks, the report presents the Nissui Group's medium- to long-term growth story toward realizing the long-term vision "GOOD FOODS 2030."
Nissui publishes this report with the aim of deepening understanding of the Nissui Group's medium- to long-term initiatives among all stakeholders, including shareholders and investors. Going forward, Nissui will continue to enhance its information disclosure and promote dialogue aimed at the sustainable improvement of corporate value through various publications, including this report, the "Sustainability Report," and "NISSUI REPORT" (newsletter for shareholders).
