Nissui brand products are produced only in certified plants that meet Nissui standards.
Nissui Plant Certification System
Inspections are carried out to determine whether Nissui's plants are managed in accordance with the Nissui Plant Certification System, which is based on the concept of HACCP, the international protocol for ensuring food safety (made compulsory in Japan in 2020).
Obtaining and Implementing a Global Food Safety Management System
We encourage our production facilities to obtain FSSC22000 and other global food safety management standards. As of October 2019, 17 of our production facilities had obtained FSSC22000 certification.
