Nissui tests raw materials and products at each stage, performing bacterial analysis and allergy testing to confirm their safety.
Our production plants in Japan all have testing facilities, and our Food Safety Research Department also carries out testing as needed. In our overseas locations, Quindao Nissui Food Research and Development Co. Ltd. and Quality Control Section Thailand have systems for voluntary testing.
Maintaining and Improving Testing Precision
To improve the precision of results at plant testing offices, our Excellent Lab program is carried out mainly by the Food Safety Research Department, which creates testing manuals, certifies plant inspectors, holds level-specific seminars and carries out precision control testing.
